What's the difference between Claimed and Premium?
Claimed lets you own and correct your basic listing — address, phone, programs, hours. Premium turns your listing into a full marketing page: hero photo, photo gallery, rich description, FAQs, social links, and a booking URL. It's the difference between a yellow pages entry and an actual website.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. Claiming your listing is completely free, forever. No credit card, no trial period, no catch. You'll only need to enter payment information if you decide to upgrade to Premium or Pro.
What is Mat Made Certified?
Mat Made Certified is our quality badge for gyms that meet our community standards — verified ownership, up-to-date listing information, and a commitment to student experience. It appears prominently on your listing and in search results. Available on Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel, your listing reverts to the Claimed (free) tier at the end of your billing period. Your basic information stays live — you just lose the premium features.
Is my gym already on MatMade?
Probably. We have 8,400+ gyms in the directory. Search for your gym name above. If it's there, you just need to claim it. If it's not there, you can add it for free in about 2 minutes.
